Returns & Refunds Policy
30-Day Return Window
You may return new items, unopened items and undamaged within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned to their original conditions and packaging.
If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we shall cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Full refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the return has been approved.
Items returned after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
If you have receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange at no additional cost.
If you are to exchange for an item of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Orders that originally included free shipping will not be charged for re-shipments when exchanging a damaged or incorrect item.
For standard deliveries, we use Royal Mail services.
In the UK, we offer free shipment on all orders over £60. For worldwide orders, we offer free shipment on all orders over £100.
For orders up to 100g , for UK shipping standard delivery Royal mail charges £3.50 for standard rate within the UK. For orders over 100g, we use Royal Mail Tracked Services.

Two speeds of delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 24 charges £4.50 (next working day) and Royal Mail Tracked 48 at £3.60 (2-3 working days for most postcodes)
Delivery six days per week (except Saturdays)
Special delivery with Royal Mail and overnight delivery with DHL and DPD available in the UK
Express delivery with DHL available worldwide
